New in my email inbox reminded me that there’s so much going on that I sometimes forget to share the good news. My latest animation short,\u00a0“Happy & Gay”<\/strong>, is a 1930s queer revisionist history cartoon musical. Its first festival screening was Sept 2014. Since then, it’s played internationally and scooped up some nice awards along the way. The mailbox news was that my film won the Best Animation at the Rio Gay Fest (Rio de Janeiro) this week. I’ve had time to apply to some festivals, and then rely on being invited (again, it’s been so busy.) Here’s a breakdown of some of the activity so far:<\/p>\n
